Paralegal Tiffany R. Zappelli
Ms. Zappelli joined Fennell Law in 2018 as a paralegal assisting in all phases of litigation, from inception through discovery and trial, as well as document examination and management, drafting of pleadings, fact development, deposition preparation and trial preparation. However, Ms. Zappelli’s focus has been assisting in creditor and debtor representation in bankruptcy cases, as she has years of education and experience in the areas of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy law.
Throughout her career, Ms. Zappelli has worked in various areas of law including bankruptcy, collections, subrogation, and litigation. She has worked side-by-side with attorneys representing debtors, creditors, and credit unions.
Prior to joining our Firm, Ms. Zappelli assisted with launching programs for the County of San Diego’s Welfare-to-Work Program. She developed policies, procedures, and training material to ensure that the project not only met the contractual obligations as set forth by the County of San Diego, but also remained HIPAA compliant.
Ms. Zappelli holds a bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from Purdue University, as well as an associates degree in Paralegal Studies from Purdue University. She is also an active member of the San Diego legal community and is a long-standing member of the San Diego Paralegal Association. Ms. Zappelli’s community involvement goes above and beyond the legal community as well: she serves on the fundraising committee for senior dog rescue Lionel’s Legacy, as well as serving on the Governance Team at a local elementary school.
When not working hard for our Clients, Ms. Zappelli enjoys traveling, listening to music, cooking new dishes, and spending time with her family and friends.
