Paralegal - Luralene L. Schultz

One of the most thorough and efficient paralegals there is, also known as WGP or 'World's Great Paralegal' to many of our clients.
Ms. Schultz is a graduate of the Paralegal Program of the University of San Diego (USD). She has been working in the area of bankruptcy law for over 30 years. During that time, Ms. Schultz has worked as a paralegal in California, Washington, and South Carolina, for attorneys representing trustees, creditors and debtors in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 cases.
In 2005, Ms. Schultz assisted with the opening of the Law Office of William P. Fennell, APLC as the firm’s office administrator and paralegal. Ms. Schultz assists the Firm in its representation of Chapter 7 Trustees, as well as individuals, partnerships and corporations as creditors and asset purchasers in complex Chapter 11 reorganizations and Chapter 7 and 13 cases.
Luralene Schultz is currently a member of the California Coast Paralegal Association, USD Paralegal Alumni Association and Women in Business. She was also a member of the Women’s Insolvency Network of San Diego and held the positions of Programs Committee Chair, Website Committee Chair, and the Vice President. She was past co-chair for the Trustee Assistants for the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustee and was recognized by the San Diego Daily Transcript as 2010 Paralegal of the Year.
